I'm the Filecoin Foundation for Decentralized Web Teaching Fellow at USF School of Law. I teach Corporations, DeFi Law, and Blockchain & the Law. My research focus is decentralized governance. At the Center for Law, Tech, and Social Good, I lead the Blockchain Microbond (BMB) Project and the Blockchain Regulations Definition (BRD) Project.
